Bookworm

My 8-year-old son is in Primary 2. We didn't let him watch Harry Potter movie before because I thought that Harry Potter would be too scary for him to watch in his age. After his several requests for watching Harry Potter movie, we bought the two Harry Potter DVDs to watch at home. Last week, we watched it with my son when my 4-year-old daughter was asleep (because we don't want her to watch as it is definitely not suitable for her to watch).

Harry Potter stories are really very spooky and scary for the young children. My son could take it. After that, he decided to read the book himself. So I let him read the more-than-200 pages English novel - "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone". Within a week, he finished reading the whole book. And now, he is half way in the more-than-300 pages novel - "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets".

My son loves reading, and could read English very fast in his age. He is really a bookworm.
