2003 International Arts Carnival

The 2003 International Arts Carnival in Hong Kong will take place from 18 July to 24 August. International Arts Carnival is an annual programme taken place in Hong Kong during the school summer holiday. There will be entertaining programmes ranging from music, dance, drama, puppertry, mime, magic, acrobatics, clowning, film, theatrical arts, etc. It would be one good program to bring the kids to go in this coming summer holiday.
