Yesterday, I was as usual picking up my son from school. It was a hot day. When I and my son walked from his school to home, both of us saw with our bare eyes that a man who was holding a piece of tissue to wipe his sweat, dropped that piece of tissue onto the street ! There was no policeman around, and so he escaped from being fined for littering. It was just so unfair...

Everyone is talking about cleaning Hong Kong, keeping good personal hygiene .. The government has issued a series of actions to educate people how to keep Hong Kong clean, and fine people for littering, spitting, etc. On the other hand, people are still littering, spitting on the street. People are still selling unhygienic foods ...

To educate people, to change people from bad habits are never to be an easy job. There is long way to go.
